Returns, Exchanges and Refunds — English

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition, with all accessories, gifts, packaging, and the invoice or proof of purchase. The item will be inspected without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.

2. Exchanges

An exchange may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

3. Opened or used products

A product cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been opened, used, operated, or activated and is no longer in its original condition, unless it is defective, does not match the order, or refusing the return would conflict with a mandatory legal right. This rule applies to all store products.

4. Shipping costs

• Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded after delivery unless required by law.
• Defective, incorrect, or non-conforming item: Cerz Tech pays the return and replacement or refund costs after verification.

5. Refunds

After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Tamara refunds and payment-plan adjustments are also subject to the provider’s process and order status.

6. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, the return rules and shipping costs above apply. Mandatory rights relating to delayed delivery or performance remain unaffected.

7. Warranty

Products carry a one-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects. The product must be returned for inspection. Cerz Tech pays shipping when a covered defect is confirmed. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, installation contrary to instructions, tampering or modification, liquids, impact, unsuitable power supply, or normal wear.

8. How to make a request

Contact us by email or WhatsApp with the order number, registered mobile number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where needed. Wait for return instructions before sending the product.

9. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Saudi law. Applicable mandatory law prevails in the event of a conflict.
