1. About the store

Cerz Tech is a Saudi online store specializing in smart-home products, registered under Freelance Work Document FL-757198355 and electronically authenticated by the Saudi Business Center under E-Commerce Authentication Certificate 0000323104. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Returns & Exchange Policy.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable. An order is final once payment steps or a bank transfer/STC Pay confirmation are completed. The store may contact you by phone or email to verify order details before preparation, and reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or description error before shipment, offering the customer the choice to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

3. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates starting from order confirmation and may vary by region or due to circumstances beyond the store's control (weather, carrier delays). Delivery fees are shown clearly before payment based on the selected region.

4. Payment methods

The store offers payment via Tamara and Moyasar when enabled, as well as bank transfer and STC Pay. For bank transfer or STC Pay, the order remains "Under Review" until the store's team confirms receipt of payment via WhatsApp. The order summary available immediately after placing the order is not proof of payment or a final invoice before that confirmation.

5. Returns, exchanges and warranty

Return, exchange, and warranty requests are fully governed by the published Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering, not to use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, and not to attempt unauthorized access to the store's systems or data. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or of breaching these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All Cerz Tech trademarks, logos, text, and images are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or commercially reused without prior written consent. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

The store takes reasonable care to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing without guaranteeing they are entirely free of unintentional error. The store is not liable for indirect damage resulting from product use contrary to the included instructions, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights, which remain unimpaired.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to the customer's right to refer to the competent consumer-protection authorities.

10. Changes and contact

The store may update these Terms as needed; the latest revision date appears above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of it.
